Athlete Blog: Curtis Painter

The draft process has been a great experience for me. It has been long and stressful at times, but the people around me, through Athletes First, have made it as easy as possible by preparing me for everything along the way. My training in California was a great opportunity for me to learn and train from some of the best people around. Velocity was very instrumental in helping me prepare for the combine while QB coach’s Bob and Rob Johnson were great to work with for quarterback drills. I’m excited about the process ahead of me in the 2009 NFL draft. Hopefully I will get the great opportunity to play for a NFL team this coming fall.
